i've decided that about 80% of believing that i'm getting fat and need to watch my weight is purely feeling fat. so if i avoid situations where my belly is full plus a little extra, or where i have enough sugar to feel sugary.. i never feel fat! yay!!!
today: my belly is full of salad, banana, and soy milk, and i feel good because i rode my bike to work. fat? never.
