This morning I brought Elly to work with me at 6:30, and she didn't whine or cry at all. I was very proud of her. I stayed busy almost all morning at work, and had a picnic lunch with Katie at the Belhaven Lake when I got off work. Elly came and splashed in the lake like a crazy seaweed nessie. Katie had to go to class, and I walked home from Belhaven, detouring to Laurel Street park to swing. My feet have three blisters each from my new shoes. As soon as we got home, Elly passed out on the floor. She didn't even wait to drink her water!
Josh will be home from lab soon, yay.
I love this fall weather! There's so much to do while it's beautiful like this!
