Resolution:
exercise in some form every day. (to sleep better, feel better, and feel happier.)
eat fruits and vegetables every day. (feel better, more energy, long-term health)
fill up on non-sugar items. (feel more energetic, less moody)
sleep eight hours every night. (energy, generally everything is better with sleep.)

i keep trying to do these things.... i'm really off right now.  i'll keep trying.
